The Law Shouldn't Have Authority In Schools Including Colleges

I think that the law should not have any jurisdiction to get involved with anything that happens on a school ground and this includes college campuses. Rather its the school's jurisdiction not the law's jurisdiction and its up to the school, not the law, to punish a student who breaks any rules. The law should have no business getting involved.

‎Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold agree with you.

To the contrary, schools and universities have and should have NO jurisdiction over criminal or civil laws whatsoever anymore than corporations have no jurisdiction.

I never said I wanted to shoot anybody in college, just slug them if they bully me. I don't put up with bullys.

Make sure that you stand up to those bullys in your 3rd grade class.

Great. So if your bullies decide to shoot you, you think they should be immune from criminal consequences?
They don't allow weapons on school grounds including colleges.
