Violent and Serious Acts Eligible for Early Release Under Proposition 57 | klaaskids.org

This is just a PARTIAL list....whole list wouldnt come close to adhering to site rules. We have posters who are completely aghast that gun crimes happen....and yet, in California Prop 57 passed last year, and early release of prisoners was allowed for all of these crimes plus many many more. I know...some of you will say, the system isnt fair. I dont give a rats ass about fair. You do the crime, you do the time. We need more prisons, and tougher laws....not slaps on the wrist. You do a crime with a gun, 20 year minimum sentence....you shoot someone, make it 30 years. Yeah....throw away the key in some cases....no need to even think about parole.
