Friday Night Massacre

So Sessions does the POTUS's bidding and terminates McCabe 48 hours before his pension is in effect!

Edit: I see I was late to this party!

That should be enough to discourage anyone else in the FBI who might want to investigate what the president doesn't want investigated.

What did Trump or Sessions, or anyone else think he would do in the two days before retirement? He was deprived of a pension he had earned as a punishment. We should ask ourselves just what he did to merit that punishment.

Or maybe put lead in their pencil!

Don't care. There should be no pensions. We should not be paying people to NOT WORK.

The whole thing is bull****.

Yours must be secure. Sleep tight........

Oh cut it out.

I am on to my new dilemma... I want to get pizza (there is this great place here where I am on vacation that is a thirty minute walk) but I have had some wine and obviously won't drive... AND IT IS STARING TO RAIN!!!

Don't care... going anyway.

Yours must be secure. Sleep tight........

Secure in my ability as a lover or in my ability to use humor to brighten people's dreary lives?

I admit to being secure in both.

I've heard conflicting stories, but that is for another time and place, what time is it over there?

An odd statement from someone in a nation that pays pensions to everyone at age 65.

So every person that lives in a nation supports every national action?

hmmm.... never knew that.

Oh. Try harder next time.

Don't have to ask. Just google it.

The guy was a partisan hack who actively used the power of government to affect the outcome of an election.

I thought you were opposed to that.

I wonder who agrees.

Those in government should not have pensions, especially those thieves we elect to office.

They should enjoy the same luxuries they vote into place and/or administer for the rest of us.

Social Security plus a 401K. Special treatment for the thieves who make the rules is not a good thing.

The $85,000 or so paid to our elected thieves as a pension is just a tad higher than Social Security paid to the rest of us.

What's the difference between a Hooker and Senator? The hooker stops screwing you when she retires.

I agree, yet who keeps these congress critters, who so obviously serve themselves first, as our representative (yet elite) public servants? That great mystery, of their re-election rate of over 90%, is the problem and far from the solution. In many areas, the alternative at election time is running under the wrong label (political party), so the current (bad) guy/gal remains in power for just one more term.

The bottom line is that the power of incumbency allows that which is (good, bad or indifferent - but always more expensive) to remain virtually unchanged. You can't really blame them (the, swamp dwelling, congress critter) for doing what they know works to get them re-elected at a rate of over 90% - which is to keep things pretty much just as they are but to tell you, term after term, that they will initiate change. It is the (insane?) voter that falls for that BS and votes for the same 3 congress critters yet always anticipating a different result next term.

and the "partisan hack" who dared to pursue the Russia investigation had to be fired quickly before he could do more damage, even if he was about to retire anyway. Well, that should be enough to discourage any other "partisan hack" who pursues the truth when those in power don't want it to come to light.

I would love it if that were to actually happen.

Peter Strzok would be next in line.

Comey right after that.

Have you wondered how the ties to a foreign agent like Steele has been missed by our eagle-eyed Special Prosecutor and the Gang That Won't Shoot Straight?

Steele had many ties to the DNC, the Hillary campaign and to Russians. These are documented facts. Also to the FBI and the FISA Court via, if nothing else, the fictitious Dossier. Where's the indictment?

1 It did happen.
2. and anyone else who dared to investigate anything too close to the president.
3 Comey already was fired for conducting the investigation into Russian meddling in the election.
4 No, why?
5 Documented by which blog, Breitbart? The World Net Daily? Infowars?
