I agree, even in a closed court setting it would give very little power for such an action. Though this might be held up as some sort of exception in the future, I am not really sure until I see all of the documentation myself.

Well seeing as getting them out of the country was only part of the problem, it serves that we should at least punish the ones that get caught and with the full extent of the law.

Could you finally pull that quote of mine from your sig? Because if you aren't going to add the whole line and only resort to pulling it out of context. It only serves to make it more obvious just how small of a person you can be, when given the slightest chance.

Pardoning horrible convicted criminal undocumented immigrants to run amok in the populace is affirmative action?

Hey Oborosen, hope you had a good holiday :peace.

While researching the story, I found that a pardon from Gov Brown includes a provision to 'reinstate rights of citizenship', which can be found on the California. gov PR release. This is why the guy who was convicted and deported for animal cruelty is already back in the country.

Should I keep responding when you edit 90% of every post I make towards you?

Yes, it's clear that less deserving convicts such as the dog beater, and the ADW with GBI case (baseball bat case) were given preferential pardons due to immigration status. There's simply no further explanation for why Brown would pardon these men with heinous criminal convictions when there are more deserving people out there.

Yes, unfortunately you are right about that and if everything proven now holds constant. We already that someone so willing to break our laws in the first place. Is most likely going to do so again in the near future.
We could really be doing better with creatures like him, not in the country.
