Proposal For Dealing With Would Be Sexual Offenders

Anyway, a man who goes around looking for trouble should be dealt with. Too many men are troublemakers. There are too many people who are of the masculine gender who don't deserve it.

Women sexually abuse their male audience on TV by presenting fictional scenes as reality. Then a guy tries it on a girl and he’s on CNN.

It's a shame that men arent smart enough to know the difference between TV and real life.

Is this what you were implying?

Well she should be allowed to pepper spray or taze him and then if he's still coming at her she should be allowed to shoot him with the intent to stop, not to kill.

And if she's got a husband or boyfriend nearby he should not get in trouble for slugging the offender.

She can also first attempt to retreat. It does prevent alot of legal bills later.

But if not, then I totally support whatever continuum of force is necessary to stop the threat/behavior.

IMO men grow up thinking it's ok to push the envelope to see what they can get away with in terms of getting sex.

TV has become the source of role modeling for way too many young people.

And does that legitimize bad behavior?

Gee, that really brings to mind the arguments about video games.

And rap and rap videos, and God only knows what else as when mom and dad are at work. That’s dope, Yo!

No, but if its a grown man I shouldn't get in trouble for hitting him. A greater level of force should be allowed to be used against a male assailant than against a female assailant provided no weapons are used. The exception to this would be if the assailant is male and the victim is female she should be allowed to use weapons. But if grown man goes up against me and I fight back without using weapons I, as a grown man myself, shouldn't get in trouble. A grown man equals another grown man and bare hands equals bare hands.

Apparently you include lewd comments on the summary execution list?

That's how it used to be.

But our force monopoly shut that down.

If guys who mistreat others were subject to getting touches up by passers by much of the problem would be solved.

No. What Im saying is that if a grown man touches another grown man inappropriately, the other grown man should be allowed to fight back and not get in trouble. Im talking about a situation where no weapons are involved. Or if a grown man does the same thing to a woman, she or her husband/boyfriend should be allowed to fight back and not get in trouble.

First sentence of the OP.

In my OP I mention lewd comments but I specifically go on to explain that if the offense involves touching, any kind of physical contact, that's when physical force should be allowed to be used in self defense. I never said that you should be allowed to slug somebody because of something they said.

This is common sense but by far most of the sexual offenders, people that rape, grope, make lewd comments, ect. are men. Their victims consist mostly of women, most of the time when a sexual crime or offense is being committed its a man and his victim is a woman but sometimes men will commit sexual offenses against other men. Anyway, sexual crime is a serious problem and should not be taken lightly. So I propose this, if a sexual crime consists of inappropriate touching, touching or trying to touch any part of the body that's covered by the bathing suit, if the offender is a man, regardless of if the would be victim is male or female, the would be victim should be allowed to use any level of force he or she wants to in order to stop the offender. The use of force continuum should not come into play in situations like this. To say that the would be victim should only be allowed to use a level of force in proportion to their attacker would be to degrade the seriousness of sexual crimes.

Who is referee to designate what is legit and not legit.

What if 2 people standing in a Subway car and a person behind another person grabs them, The victim thinks is the person right behind... and uses an obscene amount of force?.... Yeah to many he said she said things as well...

What about a vindictive ex.... after having a night of partying got drunk and had voluntary sex with someone, regretted it and then called rape..... Yeah.... this wont be good.....

How about we teach our child morales and manners from a young again... same with firearm violence, same with respecting elders, same with saying please and thank you..... @#$%% kids these days..... no respect.....

I would also like to point out that any kind of sexual harassment/assault that involves any kind of intentional unwanted touching to any part of the body that would be covered by the bathing suit if the offender has the first name Christopher, I should be allowed to beat the offender to a pulp myself.
