She feels unsafe with him wearing sunglasses? Really?
Talk about a major leagued snowflake. He should have ticketed her for being in that fire zoned parking spot. Especially since she admitted that a previous cop and stopped and talked to her which gives the indication that she was no doubt warned about it previously.

Around these parts that car probably isn't considered "parked".
It would be "stopped" or "standing" since there is someone sitting in it.
Isn't that why they have no stopping / no standing signs.
Probably why he didn't write the "car" a ticket.

I believe the difference between standing and parked is if the car is running and in gear.
A car can be parked even if somebody is sitting in it.
