The French are MORONS, aka childrapist best move to France

A child molester in France, who had sex with an 11 year old girl is not going to be prosecuted for rape because "she did not resist", now he can only be prosecuted for sexual violence which carries a maximum punishment of 5 years instead of rape which could send him to jail for 20 years. The prosecution has decided to not rape him because she did not protest, the lawyer of the child's family says that was due to being paralyzed from fear, something that is totally logically believable.

How sick must the people who drew up that law to punish rape that allows a child of any age to "consent". According to the Feminist collective against rape this is not a stand alone case, one case involved a child who was raped by her father (well, I would call it rape) but the man was not convicted for rape because "the 6 year old consented". Two years later he murdered the child, the sick **** should have been locked up for 20 years so that the girl would have been protected from that sick evil bastard.

Most European laws are intelligent enough to realize that children under a certain age CANNOT consent to sex with anyone. An 11 year old can never consent to sex with an adult. To have a law on the books that allows this is immoral and just plain idiotic and for the French to have such a law means the French are just MORONS, huge and utter total MORONS!!!!

I hope this law comes to an end yesterday but maybe today would also be approving but then retrospectively so that people can be prosecuted who in the past where found innocent of rape due to this moronic law.

And I do not care for double prosecutions for cases from the past either. Jail all the sick morons who rape children.

Personally I really dislike the French, purely because of their arrogance and bad knowledge of English. Maybe the new generation will be more able to converse with other outside of their own language but from the past I have not had good dealings with French speaking people, especially when it comes to Belgian French people.

sure, but when I read that the rapist of an 11 year old is not getting his just punishment makes me angry.

Well it was already obvious the French are twisted in the head but now it seems the Italians are also insane when it comes to parts of their legal system.

Case:

Father tries to stab his wife, their son jumps in to protect his mother, he dies but his mother lives (though injured). Man is convicted to 2 life terms. Justice done, right?

Well: not according to their supreme court, because they have an adopted son and that is less grave than having stabbed your biological son and now he gets a greatly reduced prison sentence which could see him leave jail after about 16 years.

How unjust is that and how crazy is that?

I think you will find strange laws and their interpretations across the globe; I in no way am defending this travesty, but its kind of hard to single out the French in a world of absurdities.
