Bungee jumper misunderstood instructor's 'poor English' and jumped without rope

Interesting that the onus is on the owner not the lady for jumping.

It's Europe so I'm not surprised they aren't holding the girl responsible.

Clearly you ignore the reality of what happened at that bungee jump and what the clear guilt is of the company who organized it.

And in Europe we like the put the blame where the blame lies in criminal court, because this is not a civil suit where maybe the girl misunderstanding the signal might be an issue.

Well that says more about your nationalist bigotry that it does about Europe doesn't it. A rational person would take events challenging their stereotype as evidence it could be wrong rather than just fuel to feed it.
