EPIC ATTACK: Police Officer Beatdown inside of a Mc Donalds in Chicago

Point of information.

From the video (and uniform) it appears the individual was an armed security officer.

You are probably Correct, ... but he was obviously in-charge of keeping the peace!

Not really.

First, a security officer has no more power to "police" than any other common citizen.

Second, his primary job is to observe and report. As a result, arming one is mere camouflage, for intimidation value. Since he is not able to draw a weapon unless in self defense.

We don't know what events led up to this incident, although from appearances some of the individuals seem to be intoxicated.

What this "officer" should have done, if he felt the customers were getting out of hand, was to call for real police assistance.

Does it hurt being so full of **** all the time ?

A security guard and man fight inside a Santa Monica McDonald's in the early morning hours of Wednesday, July 5, 2017. (KABC)

......It appeared some people tried to stop the fight, but the men continued to pummel the guard.

At one point, a man is seen using a chair to hit one of the men fighting the guard and they end up falling through the front doors into the parking lot......

Calling the Police is always a good idea, however, the Police don't always arrive at just the right time!

Remember, when seconds count remember the Police are only a few minutes away
