All you legal eagles, a question. DJT and then Dir. Comey had a meeting/dinner at the WH. There is a rumor that there are differing accounts of what was said. If there are 'tapes', as the President has implied there is no contest. My question deals with then Dir. Comey returning to his office and transcribing the meeting from memory after the fact. How admissable, what weight do notes taken after the encounter have against the opposing side testifying verbally from memory. I understand that the character of the two parties are viewed in a different light. What's the precedent?
