I think he's upset that the Chicago police are pointing out that guns are associated with shootings.

Disband the Gang Unit in favor of neighborhood policing and only dumb ass liberals like Rahm will wonder why Chicago is in the shape it's in.

Police are still treated like dirt and called racists by the affected neighborhoods, but at least when Daley had command Gangster City fell...
