depends on where he is from but it is probably as bad or worse.
again he wouldn't have come here illegally if it was all that and a bag of chips.

Because its irrelevant. Using your logic then we shouldn't lock up rapists, burglars and other criminals because it would be making the victims pay for their upkeep and care. Are you saying we shouldn't lock up those criminals? Besides that I am pretty the victims don't mind a tiny practically insignificant fraction of a percentage of their pay check going towards making sure that individuals pays for him crimes

LOL assuming that he is living in a state that will not allowed him to have a driver license, so when he get into an accident what the hell do you think he will do but run as he is looking at a charge of driving without a license and being deported in any case.

When you can show I argued any of that get back to me.

Not according to the thousands that flooded the border.
It was a war zone where they live. So which is it.
It can't be both.

If it is a war zone then I would say putting him in the middle of one is far worse punishment.

He is accused of a hit and run. Thats plenty of reason to keep him here and if found guilty he should serve out his sentence and then get deported. Him being an illegal should not give him a free pass.

Between the A and the T.

If you're truly concerned with justice, then you'll heed the advice I gave above, to wit: It is unconstitutional for the government to prosecute one class of people under the criminal justice system and not others. If you think the Congress will change the 14th Amendment, then surely go petition your congressperson to present it for a vote.

Otherwise, your adoration of criminal aliens means nothing to the law.

That logic can be applied to other crimes as well. You are basically arguing criminals should get free passes.

Yes it is. Ask any inmate if they would rather be sent south of border or do hard time I bet they would say be sent south of the border.

If it was such a war zone then it wouldn't be just poor people sneaking across the border.It would be middle class and rich sneaking across the border. There would be no fancy resort hotels, or other businesses.

See what happened with Katheryn Steinle...

San Francisco conjured up a bogus charge for an illegal alien and asked the feds to turn him over. The feds complied but requested that he be held after conviction. San Francisco dropped the drug charges and set the illegal immigrant free. They also gave him food, money, 6 months of rent, and a stipend to attend the local college. That illegal immigrant used the resources that San Francisco gave him to murder Steinle. The city and state governments cannot be trusted with illegal immigrants because they do things like that all the time. Municipalities care more about illegal immigrants than the citizens of this country.
