Michigan man whose sentence commuted by Obama killed

Most of these guys had their worst crimes plea bargained away and went to prison on lesser charges, that Obama then used to justify letting them go.

Most of these guys will be back at it as soon as they can. But hey, as long as the criminals are killing each other the world will be a better place.

Even the Garden of Eden needed weeding once in a while...

If the DA pled them out on lesser charges then they probably didn't have the evidence to convict on bigger ones. Less than 10% of criminal cases go to trial anyway.

Most likely it would be because of costs involved, not lack of evidence.

Not really , it was Obama that started making comments about police killing blacks and sending the DOJ all over the USA to prove blacks were targeted . He embraced BLM and all their rhetoric . Obama commented on ALL the local white on black issues and police shootings BEFORE the investigation was even close to be completed . It was on Obama's watch that the assassinations began .

If I had to guess, I'd say he got the plea deal because he rolled. I wonder, if the gang wanted him dead, why he lasted in prison this long. They came to the halfway house looking for him, hurt no one else, found and executed him.

If I were Obama, I'd feel very badly. If he were still POTUS, I imagine he'd launch an investigation into how the man happened to be released to a halfway house in his old neighborhood...
