WTF?!

I think putting biowaste on someone's food like that merits some jail time.

Wow.

1. If there is sufficient evidence after questioning the perpetrator who put menstrual blood on the burger and licked the food before serving it, charges should be brought against that person. That is a serious offense and while I'm not an attorney, I'd think aggravated assault or something similar is appropriate.
2. If during the investigation, the manager who was informed and who allegedly allowed that food to be served even after hearing of this purposeful contamination, should also be criminally charged.
3. If either or both #1 and #2 above were proven to be true, that restaurant should be fined and or closed per the state and or federal laws, until such time that employee, management and owners are trained in food contamination and how to properly prepare and serve food to customers.

Regardless of any of the three items above, I'm highly doubtful Jacks will be getting many patrons, given the social media buzz has already dinged them and YELP identifies the menstrual blood burger incident. Jacks will be smart to first close this location, then work on re-branding their restaurants... both an expensive and lengthy process. But that's what happens when you employ disgusting morons to both work at and manage your place of business. :shrug:

They gotta file charges, I think.

I so hope they are looking for the restaurant manager who knew about this practice and allowed the food to be served to the customer anyway
