No, it's behind the counter federally, and IL law isn't too different from most states. Fed guidelines are 9gm/mo, and IL, like most states, specifies 7.5g/mo.

Oregon is an exception- you need to have an Rx to buy it, and it's schedule III.

I kinda know stuff like this- I'm pretty invested in drugs.

I'm just furious that Emanuel has gone out of his way to NOT cooperate with immigration services. I DO NOT understand why ANY city would refuse to clean up its streets even that little bit by simply holding illegal aliens who are guilty of other crimes in addition to their illegal status.

When did it get fashionable to defy the laws of the USA?

So you don't understand the point of declaring a 'sanctuary city' at all?

You can't think of a few things that might make this a rational policy?

Maybe the problem doesnt lie with the policy- it lies with the concept that you're furious about a policy because you never examined the arguments for WHY this policy makes sense!

I do not buy the argument that we want to keep illegals happy and feeling safe so they will report crime.

Both times..

As I said I would rather have gone in the store and confronted him infront of people so they could call the police immediately if anything were to happen..

But the guy with me that got robbed wanted to try to resolve it without creating a scene, which he mostly accomplished, albeit it a more self endangering fashion.. He was sympathetic and didn't want to be responsible for him going back to jail..

We all know this guy well, he grew up in the house next door to my grandfather, crazy self proclaimed badass arian brotherhood swazi tats junkie felon convict meth crack heroin yada yada.. It's not like you only have to watch your back in the cities, this dudes brother just like him was just stabbed like 5 times and almost died not too long ago..
Dangerous feller to be around period and I guess especially on holidays..

Point: Holidays can make people crazy, or already pretty crazy people bat**** insane, lot of suicides also..
