You can keep refuting what I'm telling you based upon no understanding of the matter - just what you want to believe, OR you COULD have just gone and GOOGLED some CASE LAW instead to see if maybe I was right.

When we installed a nanny cam a few years ago, I wasn't really worried about using it for prosecution. I was using it to be able to monitor what was happening in my home with my daughter and her sister, when a babysitter was in the house. Truthfully, we rarely used a babysitter that we didn't know and trust but we had one, a teenage girl that we found had a boyfriend come over. When the baby cried, he yelled at her. Then at one point he looked like was going to put hands on the child. Needless to say, we never used that babysitter, again. It only takes one to change your life.

The current "nanny cams" that I have are FOSCAM F18918W.
