There are no good cops

Ethical behavior requires, among other things, a willingness to report misconduct among colleagues w/whom one works, notably to outside agencies/organizations.

However, there are practically zero (if any) cops that do that--in accordance w/their "blue wall of silence code", cops routinely remain silent when fellow officers commit all kinds of abuses and illegal acts. That's unethical, and since all cops engage in this silence, none of them are good.

I always wonder when people make absolute statements like this. What is your experience with law-enforcement? What is your experience with first responders? I also wonder how much accountability you were willing to assign two individuals who put themselves in stupid situations?

I I also wonder about how you feel about the dark wall of silence? I'm not talking about skin color. I am talking about those people with corrupt morals or out of fear of that darkness were not willing to stand up against those who routinely victimize others. Theft and abuse, getting people hooked on drugs and then selling them lower doses so they have to buy more and more to get their fix. Selling people as sex slaves. Rape and wholesale murder. You talk about the blue wall but you don't seem too interested in the don't snitch mentality. That all too common mentality that allows very very real and very very evil people to get away with anything.
