Discrimination against Transgenders Justified?, Convince me minority.

Then of course there is the male "doctors" that actually do it. Seriously, men that castrate other men for a living are ****ed up.

I don't know. I would not mind modeling vaginas for a living. It probably beats designing car parts and aircraft wings or toys. Although, I guess it would be much like modeling a Transformer.

The goal is to make one that looks and functions like the real thing, so there isn't a great amount of freedom on the matter. It's really nothing like art where you can do whatever you feel like doing.

The worst part of the whole thing is that the fake vagina doesn't even work right and needs to be manually dilated quite regularly or it closes up...you know, like big gaping wounds are prone to do. Anyone getting one of these must be desperate to say the least. IMO, doctors acquiesce only because they suspect the patient will chop it off themselves or commit suicide if not humored. But, that's just my "uneducated" opinion.

And they still might whether the person is going into either restroom or simply following someone around, doing suspicious activities. People should not be judging others off their sex/gender to start with but rather off of their behavior. The person described would show signs such as following the child around or other such things. And parents should be with younger children and teach all children to fight back.

Yeah, yeah. Liberals are all about that. "Don't judge on sex, race, ethnicity, etc."

But, do you know what? Only the most naive, idealistic ninny would not give a second look to an Arab person acting suspiciously in an airport, or not worry about being followed by two young black men down a dark alley, or ignore seeing a man walking into a woman's restroom.

Notice how you had to qualify those things with actions "acting suspiciously in an airport" and "being followed ... down a dark alley". Those are both suspicious activities, using a restroom is not. And even if you thought it was suspicious, then follow the guy in, and observe. If more people would pay attention to people's actions, rather than their race or sex, perhaps we could actually stop some of these things.

The bathroom is a facility for the sole purpose of meeting a biological need. Men's room's have urinals because men can pee standing up. Women can pee standing up also but most prefer not to as it can get a little messy.

If a biological male with a penis who identifies as a woman is asked to use the men's room how is that discrimination? I would contend it's not as he is being treated like everyone else with a penis. It's not discrimination when society treats you like what you are in reality as opposed to what you think you are.

Except she isn't. Even a he isn't since there is no penis check before entering a restroom. Little boys with penises use the women's restrooms. Women with penises (actual medical condition) use women's restrooms.
