Israel seizes solar panels donated to Palestinians by Dutch government

Widely known, and denied.

You make me smile. Nonsense like this makes me very happy that the Jews now have a state of their own. An excellent illustration of the necessity of a strong and secure Israel.

Catch the Jew! recounts the adventures of Tuvia Tenenbom, who wanders around Israel of our time calling himself “Tobi the German.” In the course of numerous interviews Tuvia extracts information, sentiments, hidden theories and delusional visions motivating the miscellany of peoples forming the present-day Holy Land.

Among other things, Tuvia does a great job of getting into what the Europeans are doing with their various "investments" and why they are behaving that way.

All of this is designed for propaganda, not for positive outcomes, so you end up with it being a "successful" propaganda ploy when the Israelis go after something that was done improperly (which they should).

You should read it.

I am not interested in accepting excuses for the demolition of schools days before the school year started. Those poor kids must have been traumatized. :( And what about the teachers? How are they supposed to teach under literal tents?

RE: Israel seizes solar panels donated to Palestinians by Dutch government
SUB-RE:
• “Coordinator of {Israeli} Government Activities in the {occupied Palestinian} Territories” (AKA: COGAT)
Ad Hoc Liaison Committee for Assistance to the Palestinians (AKA: AHLC)

※→ Phys251, et al,

These allegations need to be looked at it for what what they are; not played out in the media.

(SIDEBAR FOR A DIFFERENT TOPIC) I don't agree with the strategy of the Israelis in regards to these types of actions.
This does not deter the Jihadist, Virulent Fedayeen, Hostile Insurgent, Radicalized Islamist, and
Asymmetric Fighters from growing.

(COMMENT)

This is an AREA "C" consideration; under the full Israeli control (not Arab Palestinian Control), including Israeli jurisdiction over city and metro planning and construction of all types. If the Arab Palestinians (West Bank Area "C") believe they have a case (or can make a case) that the Israelis either have:
• Intentionally took this otherwise lawful action, and executed the demolition order on a newly constructed school (conduct that is lawful but inappropriately excessive) with the express intent of injuring the indigenous population....

--- OR ---

• That the COGAT did intentionally ignore the moral and legal obligation as outlined in Article 53 of the Fourth Geneva Conventions (supported by Hague Regulations‘ Article 46); destroy the school and property without facing an absolute military necessity --- or without a municipal plan to replace the needed school.

--- AND ---

That COGAT, as a particular intentional outcome, denied Arab Palestinian children educational opportunities before the desruction; with total disregard for the development of minors due protection.

With the Arab Palestinian as the petitioners of a complaint against the government, should take these claims to the Israeli Supreme Court (having the greatest appellate jurisdiction).

This is a common sense thing. But if the Arab Palestinians just sit back and do not address the issue; they will get screwed. IF --- the Arab Palestinians honestly believe that there was absolutely no essential military purpose, and the Arab Palestinians think that the action was done as a means of punishment, and IF the Arab Palestinians think that the agency for the Israeli Ministry of Defense took this action in order to impede development --- THEN --- put the case together and go before the Israeli Supreme Court as a person under the protection of the Israeli Defense Force.

Just my thought...

Most Respectfully,
R

Clearly you do not care whether those children suffer trauma. Instances such as those are what fuel terrorism. Maybe you should keep that in mind instead of being so dismissive.

Or maybe the Palestinians and their European enablers should try to stop using them as propaganda weapons and the Palestinians should not be educating all of them on the glory of martyrdom and the illegitimacy of Israel in any borders.

Or of course you can be dismissive of the actual causes of the continuation of the conflict and just keep blaming the jews.

Be dismissive, eh? I suggest you stop throwing stones in glass houses.
