CBS Reports Ukrainian Airliner Was Shot Down

You can't handle the truth. If the same aircraft had been shot down over Iowa last summer it would not likely throw fuel on the growing fire that is the Middle East. As the aircraft is alleged to have been bombed or shot down in Iran two days ago it is a different matter altogether. As the situation in the ME has just recently escalated and things falling from the sky are killing people, creating terror, and destroying property among demonstrations, increased threats of revenge things are now more complicated, yes.

The world has long known that Trump does not have the ability to understand that actions have consequences. If he had listened to his advisors the downing of the Ukraine Airlines wouldn't present some of the difficult problems we all may have to deal with now.

Further, you may not have noticed but Trump has decimated our State Department and diplomatic core. We no longer have the skilled seasoned professionals who would deal with dicey issues that result from situations such as the downed Ukraine Airlines jet. Trump is most certainly not the seasoned diplomatic professional we need at this point in time. In fact, Trump is getting his advice from Hannity and Limbaugh.

Finally, it's times like this when you need your allies. They may have the information you don't have. They may have diplomatic contacts who might be able to smooth through the difficulties that could arise. HOWEVER, many if not most, of our allies are displeased with Trump's handling of the assassination of Soleimani. Many, if not most, of our allies do not trust Trump. You may not understand it but whatever happens in the ME affects America's allies.

How does blaming Trump help anything?
Trump is not responsible for Iranians shooting down a Ukrainian airliner. Let's keep it real. Focus.

Incidentally, probably best to save the blame for Trudeau if he accepts the Iranian's lies as the reason 63 Canadian citizens lost their lives.

Funny how you dont view the murder of an American and an assault on our Embassy as an escalation. Only when we respond do you get upset. Good to see the apologists for Iran self identify.

This is just another disgustingly vile opportunity taken by some anti-Trump partisans to exploit the death of 167 airplane casualties to scapegoat and blame this president.

I really didn't think people could go this low but alas, as we can see, they have.

I mean, did anyone really think this was caused by equipment failure considering the timing?

Now that its clear that Iran shot this plane down, can we really be more than 5 minutes away from the left blaming this on Trump?

I'm sure it has already happened. Trump forced Iran to shoot down a civilian airliner when he made it necessary for them to retaliate against us for killing their guy that was killing our guys.

Murder? Nawres Hamid was killed in a rocket attack. He wasn't murdered.

The US followed with retaliatory missile strikes against Iranian militias. The assault on the American embassy in Bagdad occurred as a result.

Trump, against the recommendations of the Pentagon and the few experienced advisors he has left, decided to further retaliate for Nawres Hamid's death by assassinating Soleimani. Or at least that is what we are told, except people in the White House can get their stories straight as we are told by some that Soleimani was assassinated because he was planning a "sinister attack on Americas". (I'm wondering what kind of attack in war isn't sinister, but it sounds better to the Trump base if the attack was sinister.) Now we are told the attacks planned by Soleimani were so sinister Congress and the American people cannot be told. Huh?

We are told to trust Trump. The same guy who ****ed up in sudden pullout of American troops in Syria which quickly became a goat feck. One that Trump wasn't able to lie his way out of or cover-up.

Even Pompeo and Esper can't agree on why Trump - the same moron who screwed the pooch in Syria - assassinated Soleimani. The world is supposed to trust that guy?

But let's use your logic, Trump, without notifying Congress, without notifying our allies - in the region, allied nations who have troops in-country - decided to unilaterally escalate the delicate situation in the ME by assassinating a foreign official who at the time was in a sovereign nation. All that makes great sense to you?

Once again Trump, who has the impulse control of a 4 year old; who has demonstrated time and again that he does not plan and has no comprehension of actions and resulting consequences; that Trump, craps in his own mess kit and the world must deal with the cascading cluster**** that follows.

There were only suspicions a couple hours ago, like this ones.
But now we have that Trudeau's statement (he have a beard?):

Things turn out very interesting. Unfortunately, my country doesn’t leave the world news agenda within the sad context.

P.P.S. This is my first post here.
