Standing outside Windsor Castle Queen Elizabeth II, clutching her handbag, checked her watch as she waited for the arrival of U.S. President Donald Trump. Mr. Trump, arrived 12 minutes late in an embarrassing breach of royal etiquette. President Trump continued to break royal etiquette as he walked in front of the Queen as the two inspected the Queen's Guard.

Following the review of the Queen's Guard, the Queen and the U.S. President spent 47 minutes getting acquainted over tea inside the castle. During tea Mr. Trump's attempted flattery was met with frosted silence as he declared, "This is wonderful, truly wonderful. We are having a great time. Here with the Queen. It's a great visit. I want to tell you that I am one of your biggest fans. We loved your 6th album. We Will Rock You and We Are the Champion will be classics forever."

I have made several attempts at posting a comment but words fail me. Trump's ineptitude and ignorance speak for themselves.

I read he'd stepped out in front of the Queen at the troop review, but not that he'd made her wait for him.
The 'Queen' references were, amusing.
What is the 'Glascowworldtimes'? Link doesn't work for me, and I wanted to know what 'Glascow' referred to.

I don't see what the fuss is about. He didn't treat her differently than he treats any other head of state, with the exception of Putin. We should be steeled to this by now.

Maybe he was rebelling against norms because he leads a Rebellion, and has long made a point to violate norms with a point.

JUST MAYBE

Maybe, but I doubt it. I think he is simply far too wrapped up in himself to care about "norms", aka manners. If he behaves this way in public I imagine he is even worse when he thinks he is out of the spotlight. This is a man on whom the veneer of civilization seems pretty thin.

Who cares, bro?

Even if it didnt happen its not gonna stop you from stepping on your own dick again like this tomorrow, now is it? I dont know how you folks on the left are able, day after endless day, to find such miniscule offenses with which to raise your hackles.

Gotta be damned short legs to achieve that feet feat. Or paws maybe? :lamo

And maybe an uncultured boor has just gotta be an uncultured boor.
I think my version is more likely than yours.

Glasgow is the largest city in Scotland.

There is a paper named the "Eventing Times" pubished in Glasgow.

Yeah, I've been to Glasgow. Oddly enough, the best curry we ever ate was in Glasgow.
Never heard of the 'Eventing Times', though.

(grin!)

HaHa

"Eventing" is one of those words that's not really a word that ought to be a word!

Why do I get the feeling that the Queen of England is not the first women this self-centered, narcissistic, crude, rude, egotistical boor has insulted?

Hell, he walks in front of his own wife - for Chrissake!

Craziest thing is when you go to the Trump media sites like Fox & Breitbart, and read comments where his supporters love his crude actions. They think he's a "real guy", a "genuine guy". What they are saying is, "He's just like me". Or perhaps even worse, "I wish I could be like him".

Think of that, if one of your daughters ever decides to date a Trump supporter!

Trump is a man best wished upon your ex, but no one else.

Hey, impact is a verb now, trend is a verb, why not event?
