It has always been my opinion that leaders that are voted for should stay in power until their term is up. if they have a little rebellion every now and then, they have the arms and the people to see it done away with in a passive manner. if the people continue to 'fight the power' or 'rage against the machine' then they need to stabilize the country so there will be food to eat.
What these rebel outfits do not realize is that it takes time and know how to run a country. some guy standing up and saying things suck is not new, instead they should be petitioning the leaders with what is wrong and what to do about it. too frequently people complain, and then they get to vote.
But maybe there is hope for these situations? if other countries get involved, they will not be able to pressurize changes, we have seen, as then they would have to leave office and be out in the cold - no solution could ever justify that to them. instead there should be a census to find out whether there should be a snap election, and i will explain why?
With a snap election, this is between the country and it's leaders, but, having a few shoulders bumping them to do it could help from other countries. the plan should be to have a lot of petitions signed for this snap election, as, it will subdue the crowds, at least while you are considering it. then, due to strikes and marches, the economy will tank, which makes it personal to the countries neighbors, as then their economy will tank, yes? this could lead to a stay away from work in the respectful country, and, then lead to a trade deficit with the partners of that country, of course. this makes it nearly a humanitarian crime to have so many people stay away from work!
So, there should be some input from other trading countries with the country where the ruckus is taking place, and, meetings set up to discuss this soon at the united nations, where everyone can be heard, of course. i think that this is the only solution to having unhappy people, people that waste the country's time, the private sector's time, and waste time that could be helping make taxes.
Now, if the rebels win the fight, there will be only a handful of people in the know leading the country, as most of them will be 'uneducated soldiers,' yes? this is why this rebellion will always mean a lot of time wasted too, time that they need to buy food with money they earn, of course. this would lead to charity, and that costs someone, so it is ill advised to have a rebellion, unless on paper.
