Considering the fact North Korea always throws a tantrum all I see is all bark and no bite. That moron running North Korea is probably hoping to get more aid as a result of throwing his tantrum.

At one point, North Korean media claimed that KJI had mastered teleportation, and walked on the surface of the Sun. If we're going to get worried about threats, really, that's where we should focus.

That's exactly what it is. He makes a threat then says he will promise to behave if we give NK money. done it before , more than once.
 
They could try, but the moment they did they know they'd be toast. It's a bunch of posturing in my opinion and I'd imagine if they wanted to really start another armed conflict they'd hit South Korea first. After all, their ultimate goal is reunification of Korea under the communist party.

Good to know so many feel they are nothing more than empty threats, oh until he sells or gives one of his toys to ISIS and they come across our southern border to visit a city near you.

They always say that crap. NK isn't going to attack America.

I also suspect that the deeper the China-US ties are, particularly in money owed China, the less likely China is to defend NK as compared to 60-70ish years ago...

NK has tested a few puny nukes. They've tested rockets, etc. I seriously doubt that if they build a workable nuke that could reach from ISIS territory to the US, that they would sell it to ISIS.

THEY need it, if only to avoid blushing when they make their threats.

ISIS, or any other terrorist group, does not need a deliver system, a vehicle or boat would do the job and they have plenty of people that would sit right next to it when they set it off. You are thinking in terms of how the powerful Nations of the world would deliver a Bomb, others have other methods of accomplishing the same goal. As for the size, even a small Bomb by todays standards are huge compared to what was dropped on Japan.

It would appear history has taught the DEMs to be careful when it comes to foreign entanglements. NEO-CONs not so much as they continue to rattle that wore out saber... :peace

They idea that NK would sell a nuke to ISIS is just as absurd as the idea that saddam would sell a nuke to Al Queda. They need to hold onto the limited number of nukes they have, if they are supposed act as a deterrent.
