Only the national socialist right wing has only problems and nothing but Repeal of natural and civil rights except in abortion threads.

We have a Statue of Liberty and should be finding solutions that promote the general welfare in a Commerce Clause fashion.

We should upgrade Ellis Island to make visiting the US more market friendly and solve for the pressure on our southern border, for a market friendly fee.

Tourism is the first, second, or third largest employer in twenty-nine States.-- Tourism in the United States - Wikipedia

Refugees would be a small portion in comparison.

And, all foreign nationals in the US should be known to the general Government and federally identified for civil purposes. We should have no illegals or illegal underclass.

Progressive Marxist Socialist/DSA Democrat Leftists don't care when the identities of Americans are stolen. They are happy to receive any additional tax revenues and see them as votes. That is why, it is up to us to pressure our elected representatives build the border wall, end illegal immigration, and deport those illegals.
Hmm...., Document fraud, no employer prosecutions. They are the same thing overseen by the same scum who keep throwing more Americans to the curb to die.
Ultimately, It takes some time to build the case, and to gather Evidence that can be used in Court. Employers will be fined and jailed as stated in Federal Law if enough evidence can be found.
The big question is, where did the stolen ID's and Social Security numbers come from? How much did the owners and managers know? Has ICE investigated the sources of the false ID's?
Did the owners or managers break Federal law in any of their hiring practices, including that of hiring illegals.

First, I would like to point out that many of these plants aren't leftist and Marxist...but contribute to both the GOP and DNC to gain favor for laws that will enable them to make profit...by hiring cheap labor...a tenet of capitalism, not socialism.

Second, the ICE raids only happened due to CI's who reported that the companies KNOWINGLY hired them to maximize the bottom line. Again, capitalism, not communism.

Third, the stolen ID's were not stolen by the illegals themselves...they paid for them...but by hackers who stole American ID's. Those hackers could have been Mexicans, Russians....or your fellow Americans.

And the last point is that no wall will stop illegal immigration if Americans, who are capitalists looking to maximize profits through cheap labor as a capitalist method, keep hiring them without being punished for it. And most capitalist identify as either Republicans or on the right politically....so, you may want to look at your own before you point the finger at others.

The Constitution and Bill of Rights and the laws that have followed were and are written by the esteemed honorable representatives we have elected and sent to Congress. Are you claiming that these laws should be broken by those who ignore and break those laws?

You last point is well taken. However efforts must be taken to reduce those numbers from entering the U.S. There will always be smugglers and illegal entries. It's the government's job to keep it to the lowest numbers possible. Progressive Marxist Socialist/DSA Democrat Social Justice Warriors don't care if they violate the sovereign laws of this government. Is it fair to make societal laws that people are to follow and allow others to break those laws?

Ask the victims in Chicago, or any big city in the U.S. who are not rich. The majority of victims are not rich. It's those lemmings of the Progress Marxist Socialist system that are both the criminals and victims of their own choice.

Right wingers in City government in California are the ones trying to criminalize poverty under our form of Capitalism even with our Constitutional form of Government.

So you are now claiming that the homeless populations contaminating San Francisco and Los Angeles is caused by Right wing legislation. Have they criminalized the poverty, health of the citizens of Kalifornia? or is it the majority of Progressive Marxist SWJ and DSA Democrats like Pelosi, Waters, Schiff, Swalwell etc..., Democrats all....

The solution is equal protection of the law under our Constitutional form of Government not right wing "hate on the Poor" sufficient to want to try to Criminalize simply being in poverty.

As always, no prosecuting the poultry plant corporations by the Trump administration.

The GOP doesn't want to end illegals in the workplace. Hell, Trump himself had illegals working at his golfing clubs and at Mar-a-Lago.

If it can be proven that the management of the Poultry Plant in this case were also responsible then they too should be held to account.
