Why are Latinos discriminated against for tech visas?

I personally know numerous technical people from Latin America that are more than competent, but can't get an H1B Visa to work in the USA. However, those from India who have lied about their skills seem to have no trouble. That leads to two questions:

1) Why are the most of the Latino immigrants at work cleaning the bathroom while Indians who don't even understand Object Oriented Principles occupying desks "writing" code?

2) Why do open borders advocates want uneducated illegals in the country while not respecting the law abiding highly skilled in Latin America that remotely fix the unusable code written by the incompetent Indian H1B recipients for less than USD 10 per hour in their home countries such as Colombia, Bolivia, Brazil or Mexico?

The right can ask these questions and be pro-Latino!

That (bolded above) might have answered your question - why would any employer pay to relocate folks here and pay them enough to live here when they will volunteer to do that work remotely at far lower cost?

You don't 'know' what you're talking about. Unless you have more than one example (and just you saying so doesn't count) of incompetent Indians getting jobs where more qualified Latinos were passed over.

India is a pivot point in the Russia-China-US back and forth so we bribe them with special access. We bribe Chile too as they get a special class if H1B's due to their free trade agreement with the US.

But they relocate the Indians here.

Perhaps because they won't volunteer to work remotely at the lower cost.

This will eventually have to work itself out. US-educated people continue to study their ass off to stay ahead of the curve. The cheap offshore destinations are now Latin America and China. That's especially true in China where people work carefully to avoid a client complaint which could lower their social credit score which effects their ability to travel and other privileges. China may become the principle place where American companies go to develop software and data science projects. India is now considered a high labor cost venue.

If a Chinese offshore colleague made a mistake, I would keep quiet about it because I know it would adversely affect their life.

You are certainly not pro-Latina so gtfo with your so-called concern. You have stated multiple times you exploit young Latinas for your sexual gratification so before you accuse people of discrimination, take a long hard look in the mirror.

You're the Puritan here. Latin American culture does not lend itself well to what you consider exploitation. There are certain rules to the game with severe consequences for violating them. It's a two-way exchange of strengths. A tourist not keeping his side of the bargain will result in serious injury or death. The tourist that keeps his side of the bargain gets someone eagerly awaiting his return. Besides that, there's lots more benefit besides sex. This is especially true if she wears gang colors. It keeps the robbers away.

Some of my best sex partners were skilled kick boxers that could kick my ass if they had a mind to. A chick that has legs like steel springs is a sexual marvel.

I have lots of Latin American friends. The ones I make sexual arrangements with are often gangsters. I have professional friendships with the ones that have a degree.
