With a planned round-up of up to 2,000 immigrants being sought for deportation, she was among several powerful Democrats instructing migrants of their rights – including the right not to open the door for a search that isn't backed up by a specific warrant. 'An ICE deportation warrant is not the same as a search warrant,' Pelosi said Thursday. 'If that is the only document ICE brings to a home raid, ICE does not have a legal right to enter a home.'

Let me get this straight.. Pelosi, Speaker of the US House of Representative, Lawmaker, third in line for US Presidency is now advising 1ilegalaliens, human traffickers, drug smugglers, gangs and law breakers how the resist US lawful Orders.. I blame her and communist democrats.. for any harm to ICE or other law enforcement officials.. Both Hillary and Pelosi should be considered treasonists. Nancy Pelosi is an active member of our government, to undermine our Government efforts to make our citizens safer. Clinton is nothing but a criminal any case.. Both are committing TREASON.
Those rights they speak of are for citizens who pledge allegiance to the flag. Law abiding citizens. Immigrants who legally entered the US and are following the immigration laws who stand in line, show up for appointments, produce the documents requested and pay their own bills are the ones who will pledge allegiance to the flag and pay tax! Not illegals who are determined to break the law from the day they arrived.
Nancy Pelosi in particular has sworn multiple in her political career to uphold and protect the laws of the United States of America. She has publically advocating breaking the same laws she has helped to promulgate.
Surely the Progressive Marxist Socialist/DSA liberal media will fail to report any of this unless it's to help illegals avoid law enforcement. What country do we live in where elected officials encourage law breaking and do everything they can to disadvantage legal residents?
 
Is it against the law for someone to ask for a warrant whether they are illegal or not?

Glad to hear they are going after criminal illegals first. This country has an overload of their own citizens who have no respect for the law and engage in criminal activity daily.

What I find so outrageous is the cost on taxpayers due to illegal immigration and the cost placed on law abiding taxpayers for all the illegal activity among citizens. We are talking about hundreds of billions of dollars every year. Money that could address every infrastructure issue in this country and still have a massive amount to pay down our debt.

Lawlessness certainly has a HUGE price tag that the next generation will be responsible for.

They are humans that crossed our borders illegally, hence they have become illegal aliens according to the laws constituted by both Houses of Congress. They have not lost their humanity but they have criminally broken the laws set forth by the U.S. Government....

Interesting. I have lived in the SW for much of my adult life and have not seen people define illegal the way you do. Illegal alien means they are not in the country legally.

Your use is propaganda to render sympathy for those who are here illegally. That includes overstaying visas

I really don't have an issue with educating those in the country illegally what rights they have under our laws. However I do have a concern when people interfere with legal law enforcement actions.
