It’s not built yet. Plus why bother, when illegal immigration was/is declining, except for refugees from Central America to which we have legal obligations.

As I said, its declining to several hundred thousand apprehensions. When it declines to zero then we can stop bothering protecting our border. What obligations do we have to refugees that we havent already fulfilled tenfold?

25 billion for a wall that won't stop anyone? No, it is too much...certainly too much when Trump is claiming we don't have money for Social Security, Medicare and food stamps.

It would stop millions. Why would you think it wouldnt stop ANYONE? And social security, medicare, food stamps arent the govts problem. Border control is.
