When deportation is a death sentence

1) When you say my post "clearly indicates it" and that you "don't have to quote me directly", that means you are trying to mind-read, because I didn't say that. In fact, I stated the opposite multiple times. I get you trying to extrapolate what I mean from what I say, but when I tell you that you are misinterpreting me and I have made comments in direct contradiction to what you claim I mean, you have to reconsider how you are portraying me at that point.
.

No I don't.. when you continue in almost every post to bring up her being a gang member and being dangerous to americans.. I am not misinterpreting you. Yes.. you attempt to divert from what you actually say.. but..your posts are very clear. despite your protestations to the opposite.

2. She was dating a gang member... you have no idea if she was in a gang or related to a gang member. You are making huge assumptions here.. not me.
What was clear from the article was that she was beaten badly by boyfriend.. so much so that he was deported and she was granted a restraining order.. and for a traffic violation she was deported back to a dangerous situation.

3. You are kidding right? He beat her to the point she got a restraining order and he was deported..... you think that was going to make him feel better toward her.. the next time he got his hands on her?

4. You are the one making huge assumption on the story.. now you have her being a gang member, or was closely affiliated with one.. and there is no evidence of that. Nor does it matter. And yes.. saying someone is in a gang is making a judgement of them as a person in the context that you are using it.
