"Undocumented".

Sounds so benign, doesn't it? Euphemistically unoffensive. Kind of like when I forget my driver's license at home. "Yes, I'm legit, I have paperwork, I just lost it, hence I'm 'undocumented'."

Undocumented is your maid or nanny. Illegal is the other guy's.

Illegal for those that eschew PC talk.

Makes it sound like it is not a crime, not a transgression on America dont it.....

What? Allowing some kid to mow the lawn for a Dollar?

You don't want to pay minimum wage?

That was rhetorical

I was thinking of French Gourmet Heads Get Probation, Fines

Owner Michel Malecot and manager Richard Kauffmann of the La Jolla restaurant French Gourmet were sentenced in federal court today (Dec. 22) to probation and fines for knowingly employing more than ten undocumented aliens over a one-year period.
The La Jolla clientele of that restaurant squawked loudly when it was closed.

Clearly I am too stoned to get you now.

Or maybe not stoned enough.

When someone commits a crime but has not been brought to justice, are they an illegal citizen?

Let me guess...the tired old mantra of "no one is an illegal because humans can't be illegal"? Like it or not, the law states "illegal alien". That means anyone that is not in the US legally is an illegal alien. Doesn't matter what you or anyone else tries to call them. The law has a definition for it and applied it to people.

Undocumented criminal.

Illegal alien and criminal...

When you break the law and commit a crime you are a criminal. Why complicate the truth.

I say we teach all the illegal aliens to be government workers. Start with trash collecting, road construction and repairs and to replace those overpaid striking teachers. We exploit them for 20 years for below poverty wages and reduce our property taxes.

If this works out well we can exploit them to do most federal government jobs reducing taxes and the deficit. They are hard working, we can pay them half the minimum wage, no benefits, no retirement, After 20 years give them a citizenship. :wcm

We could cut taxes in half.

Undocumented criminal.

Yes, I now understand. If a 14 year old is caught driving illegally, all he is just an undocumented driver. Frank Abernathy (the imposter), you know, was an "undocumented" FBI agent, so what was the problem?

A failure of the Government to do their jobs.

I think pro-illegals use to the term "undocumented immigrant " to make it seem as though the person did nothing wrong or that it wasn't that big of a deal what the person did.Because they use the term to basically hide the fact that person is here illegally, a trespasser or did something illegal.. It would like instead of calling a drug dealer a "drug dealer we called that person a "alternative medicine "sales man" or "street corner pharmacist". Or instead of calling a burglar a "burglar" we called that person a "undocumented repo-man" or "property acquisition specialist".

Or when you arrived here as a child brought by your parents. Your parents may have been illegal, but you yourself committed no crime. You were raised in this country, went to school in this country, speak the language fluently, and are in everyway assimilated into our society you simply don't have papers.

Remember Superman was an undocumented immigrant. If you believe kicking these people out of our country is the American thing to do, then you can't complain about Superman no longer fighting for Truth, Justice, and "the American way."

So what's your argument? Do we need to make it a special point to define you as an illegal driver? Do you not deserve an opportunity to prove your legal? If you're caught driving without a license one time, does that mean we should block you from earning a license in the future?

Undocumented is your maid or nanny. Illegal is the other guy's.

There was this guy I know who's a Trump supporter. Used to love to go to this late night hot dog stand after the Bar. It was his favorite Drunk food. All of a sudden last month the Hot Stand wasn't there anymore, we couldn't really figure out why. He was so dissapointed. A couple weeks later it was reported in the paper that the guy got deported by Trump.

It's so sad how quickly reality starts to come down on Trump supporters once their forced to actually experience it. The delusional monsters they create out of immigrants, Muslims, people on Welfare, Liberals in General. They just explode at the first contact with a real life one.

Why do citizens become criminals and outsiders become illegal? Why aren't there illegal citizens? Are there any other illegal people?

Makes it sound like it is not a crime, not a transgression on America dont it.....

No. After all, the vast majority of crimes don't have the word "illegal" in it.

You can refer to them as criminal aliens if you like. The shoe fits so they need to get used to the title.
I think they got the term illegal aliens because people here from other countries that are not legally immigrating were referred to as aliens. You have aliens here legally with student and work visas or visiting with passports. Then you have those people here illegally who have no respect for our laws or the people in this country that make those laws. So aliens in our country that are here illegally are illegal aliens. The title clearly fits the people.
