Kyle man accused of sexually assaulting, impregnating 12-year-old

KYLE, Texas (KXAN) — A man has been booked into Hays County Jail accused of sexually assaulting and impregnating a 12-year-old girl.

According to the affidavit, on Nov. 1, 2015 Jose Alejandro Najarro asked the female child, who lives nearby, to come over to his house in Kyle and fix his TV. Once she arrived, the affidavit states, Najarro sat next to her on the bed and tried to kiss her.

When Najarro asked the girl to touch him she said no, according to the affidavit. The 12-year-old victim then told police he removed her clothing and sexually assaulted her.

Months later the girl took a pregnancy test at a WELL clinic, which tested positive. The affidavit states that she is an estimated four to five months pregnant.

I'm no supporter of illegal immigration, but this twisted POS does not represent most illegal immigrants. Where I work, I've worked side by side with people who's first trip to this country was illegal and who made it right and came here legally. These people are some of the hardest working and best people I've ever worked with. These were the guys that would offer me part of their lunch when I showed up without one and didn't have time to run to the store for lunch. Yes, the twisted pile of dog turds in the OP needs to be jailed for the rest of his life (at the expense of his home country), but he doesn't represent most illegal immigrants.

I too have worked with salt of the earth Hispanics that would give me the shirt off their backs. Sadly, there are still a number of them that cause lots of crime.

But you are right, they should just turn this POS over to her Father, for the justice he deserves.

Until they get Americanized..............LOL My wife ran illegals drywall finishers for 15 years for a sleazebag drywall company. They could be just as lazy as any American. I have also ran a few off of my own jobs.

He should be executed, as should anyone who does violence to children, including those who would execute them prenatally for their fathers' crimes.
