    "TARTARY
    "Tartary, a vast country in the northern parts of Asia, bounded by Siberia on the north and west: this is called Great Tartary. The Tartars who lie south of Muscovy and Siberia, are those of Astracan, Circassia, and Dagistan, situated north-west of the Caspian-sea; the Calmuc Tartars, who lie between Siberia and the Caspian-sea; the Usbec Tartars and Moguls, who lie north of Persia and India; and lastly, those of Tibet, who lie north-west of China." - Encyclopedia Britannica, Vol. III, Edinburgh, 1771, p. 887."

    "Muscovite Ulus" is a stupid term used by Lithuanians who have no history books nor modern maps.

    Tartary was a blanket term used by Europeans for the areas of Central Asia, North Asia, and East Asia unknown to European geography.

    Knowledge of Manchuria, Siberia and Central Asia in Europe prior to the 18th century was limited. The entire area was known simply as "Tartary" and its inhabitants "Tartars".[1] In the Early modern period, as understanding of the geography increased, Europeans began to subdivide Tartary into sections with prefixes denoting the name of the ruling power or the geographical location. Thus, Siberia was Great Tartary or Russian Tartary, the Crimean Khanate was Little Tartary, Manchuria was Chinese Tartary, and western Central Asia (prior to becoming Russian Central Asia) was known as Independent Tartary

    By the 20th century, Tartary as a term for Siberia and Central Asia was obsolete.

    Wrong.

    The Ulus of Juchi were the Golden Horde.

    Tartary was a blanket term used by Europeans for the areas of Central Asia, North Asia, and East Asia..

    Wrong.

    There was no "Muscovite Ulus". Muscovy wasn't a khanate. Muscovy paid tribute to the Golden horde. Just like every other Russian City and state. Even the Kievian Rus.

    There were no "czars Mongol".

    There were no "Crimean czars"

    Czars =/= Khans.

    Only in Lithuanian where they have no history books or modern maps does anyone believe as you do.
