Sixty-five years ago, a test of a fearsome new weapon: The First Hydrogen Bomb

Finally they're wising up in Texas, good to know someone in the South has some sense.

Taking someone seriously who slams the entire South is a struggle for me.

You might want to read the Vox article I linked above. Look for the heading "Texas has gone from extremely red to red." ;)

Yes the President has the codes and if Trump leaked them to Putin the Russians could turn our own ICBM's against us. I hope the Military has made "special" protocol for our Putin chummy President like they have for other of our most guarded secrets. What choice do they have given his record?

My hope is that during Obama's last 2.5 months in office, he put into place unprecedented, top-secret security measures in place against an out-of-control president. What they are, I have no idea and I'm only guessing from the outside in, but let's just say that our intelligence community for the first time maybe ever has good reason to distrust the President of the United States.

Every cloud has a silver lining.

There is no "plus side" (to use your words) in regards to nuclear terrorism.

It's beyond repulsive that you would consider it a "plus" when related to a "democratic controlled city."

That position is insane and disgusting.

The South deserves its reputation, but it doesn't deserve to be singled out. Other parts of the country have problems too--West Virginia, Alaska, etc.

Nice try.
