As each mother is responsible for her children, so Mothering Nations are also responsible. If the child becomes sick or hurt, the mother also becomes sickened and hurt. And so are mothering nations. If the child becomes rebellious, the mother becomes worried. So with mother Nations. And if the child continues on in their personal rebellion, it will be the mother who has to pay the legal fees. And so it is with mother nations.
When the child remains within the arms of the mother, the mother remains responsible; because some mothers choose to remain close to their children, through tough and good times. And when the child begins to be responsible for themselves and after the child desires to truly separate from the mother and the separation is done through the child becoming responsible enough to raise their own selves and their children without the mother, can the child become truly autonomous. And this is true also with mother nations.
As long as the child clings to the mother, the mother is responsible to be at her child's side, even if it means having her brothers and sisters attacked because of her child's rebellion. And so this is true even of Mother Nations.
If the rebellious child desires to have the mother be the one to initiate the separation, it is up to the mother in her understanding of the competency of her child, of if she should let her child go with her hopes of how well her child would be able to survive alone. But this, of course, after the declaration for independence from the child is made. And so this is true of mothering nations.
The love of the mother and the love of the child run in different directions.
