Is Trump really taking hydroxychloroquine?

We all heard him say he was, but is he really? It's not like he has a great track record with the truth after all. Will he later claim he didn't say what we all heard him say? What sort of spin will be necessary when we find out the truth, if we ever do?


When some fool decides to emulate his hero and then dies from side effects of hydroxychloroquine, what will Trump and his minions say then?

I'm betting he isn't taking it. He can't speak without lying, and it's all about image for him. He's lucky. He can simply order his supporters to see an image and they'll swear they see it, even if they don't.
 
No. The letter they put out from his physician was very carefully worded to never actually confirm he's taking it. Which is a pretty obvious tell.

Crazy thing is has there ever been an another president in modern history who would say they are taking something like this, and people don't believe him? I'm 100% in the camp that he is lying about this as well.

Yep. We know Trump lies like a rug, maybe being the first person I've known that literally lies more than telling the truth. But the letter seems to be the damning proof. What were they thinking when they released that letter? Didn't they realize that was letting the cat out of the bag, in its obviousness?

He's a liar and I doubt he was taking it, but even if he was, who cares? He had the piss scared out of him when his valet was diagnosed with coronavirus. It was just a couple of days after that when he began the drug regime. I think he's only trying to increase the public demand for hydroxychloroquine because the US government bought more than 25 million doses of the drug to stockpile.
 
He's all hepped up on the chloroquine.

well according to a search I did Trump has told any where from 10796 to over 16241 since he has been in office
Forbes says he lies an avg. of 23.3 times a day in 2020 and 23.8 times a day since the cv started

I wonder if he has bought stock in the CO.that makes it and is saying he is taking it so people will buy it and he can make more money off of being President
