'New York state insurance regulators issued a subpoena to Aliera, which markets the Christian ministry run by Trinity Healthshare'

Yeah this is a full on scam. Imagine a car insurance company that collects your money but when it comes time to use it, they can just decide not to pay it.
 
But because it's 'Christian,' go to your church & pray to either get better or go quickly.
