very very simple. Capitalism is based on competition so any govt help in this regard is welcomed

As a "real" Canadian, I've gotten an MRI within a month, non-emergency. So you're demonstrably wrong there, don't trust Crowder and Molyneux.

Give an example of them lying.

As a real American I or anyone else can get an emergency MRI within an hour, a none emergency MRI the next business day. The only area of America where this might be a problem is along the Canadian border, because there are so many Canadians crowding in to the clinic and hospitals.

Define.. "elite competition".

4 competitors who cannot make a monopoly.. then have no reason to compete.. its not in their interest to force prices down and hurt each other.

the beauty of 4 is that the forth often has low market share and every incentive to beat the competition and a keep the others honest. Remember when Avis advertised they were number 2 and thus tried harder. Now you understand capitalism much better.

Or the fourth has exactly the same marketshare as the other ones and they have a virtually monopoly.
