Trump tweeted that he is very supportive of this Senate healthcare bill.

DO you believe The Republican Party played any part in dismantling Obamacare ... just a simple Yes or No

Doesn't matter. It was doomed from the start. It wasn't designed to succeed. It was designed to lead to single payer.

Social Security was Doomed from the start, but it was given time and was tweaked.

I say, if The American People isn't worth the effort of it's own Government to subsidize and make basic Healthcare affordable for it's own citizens, then call someone else to fight and die for it.

Folks tend to forget that producing, "coding" and sending a bill plus the payment delay have direct costs. How anyone expects that adding a for profit middle man would reduce costs is beyond my comprehension.

I agree doctors spend a huge amount of time trying to collect payments that is cost.
one of the biggest offenders of this is the government. a friend of mine dropped Medicaid patients as it was costing him more to
get paid than the cost to treat.

Perhaps, but then SS evolved into something substantially different than the original conception, and in fact it's still doomed unless significant changes are enacted.

What exactly makes you believe that most Americans don't want the same thing? The ACA clearly failed to deliver affordable insurance to the vast majority of the country. We need to develop a better method. I'll wait and see what is finally offerred and make a decision on that legislative product when it arrives.

Well, we sent Men to the Moon, I'm sure this isn't a big problem only if we want to fix it.

... that's your opinion, I actually know people who it helped, so are you saying they're opinion doesn't cont, just yours.

Of course it's my opinion. Why would I offer someone else's? You're the one saying that the opinion of others doesn't count for me - I've said no such thing nor intimated that such is the case. I too know people for whom the ACA has been positive, and I know of a vast number of others for whom it has hurt. The notion that because a federal program has helped this group or that group doesn't mean that it should be considered a panacea and dispositive that it will help many others in a similar fashion.

cash is king in the medical field.

went to get an ultra sound the insurance price if I had to pay was 265 bucks.
cash was 200.
The big costs in medical treatment is not doctor visits but hospital care, operations -- such a bypass surgery that can cost $50K-100K and chemotherapy, that costs hundreds of thousands. That tells you that right away that these costs can't be paid out-of-pocket for most of us and must be paid by either the government or insurance.
