Maybe. I don't know a lot about about 501(c)(4) tax law. That could be messy, but they're already in the red anyway. Most NRA members would probably send their refunds straight to the "new" NRA.

They would, but their finances and economic muscle would take a hell of a hit - at least in the short term.

The NRA is a pro-2nd amendment group.Nothing more nothing less. They are the largest 2nd amendment advocacy group that stands up to anti-2nd amendment trash who propose things like a ban on semiautomatic firearms under the guise of an assault weapons ban and other anti-2nd amendment laws. Sure there is the GOA and others than don't compromise like the NRA does, but if the NRA ever falls the anti-2nd amendment trash will go after them too. Biden is bragging about passing anti-2nd amendment laws like banning semiautomatic firearms and banning 10 to 30 round standard capacity magazines. That is what he meant when he said he defeated the NRA.

Anyone who supports banning and or severely restricting semiautomatic firearms and 10 to 30 round standard capacity magazines basically wants to take a **** on the 2nd amendment.He is literally bragging about about getting the Brady Bill passed. So yes he is basically bragging about taking a **** on the 2nd amendment.
