As a rule, when I'm in a state that honors my permit, I am extra polite, respectful, whatever you want to call it. Knowing only what the video shows us, I wouldn't have pulled my gun.

There was no justification for the white female to be harassed and threatened.

There is nothing to charge the black women with under Michigan law, the idiotic couple on the other hand are now facing a felony charge each...

Many people would be throwing blows when that happens and the restraint by police is admirable.

THere was no legal justification for drawing a lethal weapon. They were sitting safely IN a lethal weapon if they needed it.

There was no JOA: jeopardy, opportunity, ability.

If someone is committing a crime, you dont get to arrest and sentence...you call the cops. All they had to do was call 911 from the safety of their vehicle and the police would have enabled them to leave. If the situation turned life-threatening, they then had justification to drive their lethal weapon in a manner necessary to protect themselves.

Would have been safer too...the woman with the gun was way too close to the other woman and she had other people with her. The vehicle as protection and lethal weapon was smarter and safer.

Above in the video commentary seems to suggest that it was justified I'm having a hard time agreeing.

I do however believe the commentary when they say this woman and her daughter are trying to become a viral

Excuse me I have to withdraw this statement. It seems the gun was pulled when a terroristic threat was made.

So it seems justifiable.

The aggressor (black woman) said that she was going to "beat your ****ing ass." She should feel lucky she wasn't shot.

Correction, at five minutes in to the video the aggressor could be heard saying " I'm going to beat your ass." Which is a terroristic threat and after this unhinged confrontation there's no way of knowing but she was really going to do.

I think the lady with the gun would have been justified in shooting her. You don't get to run around and make terroristic threats with impunity.

the couple had their guns confiscated which is a violation of the Second Amendment right and they should sue the state for that.

Yes there was. I will explain.

First the aggressor in the situation is the black lady, she is clearly unhinged. This whole freak out was because they bumped into her daughter.

Right before the gun was pulled this crazy unhinged lady made a terroristic threat. "I'm gonna beat your ****ing ass" were her words I believe.

so one could take that to me that there is going to be a physical altercation and after the freak out over something that shouldn't have warranted it is perfectly reasonable to assume that she would get into a physical altercation over this. I would say the lady with a pistol would have been justified in shooting her.

Let this be a lesson. If you threaten people after acting like a deranged idiot over the simplest thing do not then be surprised if they take your terroristic threats seriously.
