You have no actual point.
The protestors were trespassing and the property owners had every right to remain on their property with their guns to prevent any further crime from happening to their home or property.

The street is not her property.

And I can make fun of her for it. Seriously, look at this.

Terrible trigger discipline. The way she is holding it, there is no way to control her aim (and she not even attempting to aim), she is not looking where she is pointing.[/QUOTE]:lamo

No one said you couldn't make fun of her.

So again; She can hold it anyway she chooses to protest her property.

I am not disputing that part (nor do I care about it), she just doesn't know what she is doing and I am glad she didn't accidentally harm anyone.

A lawyer could make that argument. There is no guarantee that argument would hold up in court, however.

In any case, brandishing a firearm is always stupid unless you have law enforcement responsibilities.

Not so. Get off my lawn

She pointed a gun at people who were not on her property. That's a forcible felony.

Likely the type who bought their first weapon because of the lawlessness

Yes, it is stupid. That couple is lucky they didn't wake up face down on their lawn with their firearms missing.

Perhaps. Better than going to your knees........

Brandishing a gun like an idiot or surrender are not the only two options.

Closing the door before the horse leaves the barn is prudent. Worked for the Koreans in the LA riots and recent events

Not sure what you are referring to. The prudent thing would have been to stay inside their house and call the police.

Prove it.
Provide all the law concerning their actions to include the laws concerning castle doctrine as well.

No. She does know what she is doing. She is making an attempt to defend her property. She clearly knows that.
Your issue appears to be she is being unsafe in her handling of her firearm, which is irrelevant to what what she knows she is doing.

Looking at the video at least, I cannot find anyone who went further than the sidewalk.

lol..... Police are not obligated to come to their aid. Plenty examples of that recently

If someone points a gun at you, you can shoot them. You know that, right? And just because you're walking on the street past their house does not mean they can point guns at you.

If one's walking in a neighborhood and someone in their yard or on a porch points a gun at you, I recommend shooting them.

She is not even useful in defending her property. If that gun misfired for example and this were a real scenario, she couldn't clear it effectively.

She is at best pretending to defend her property.

It used to be when seconds count the police are minutes away. Now its, screw it, they're not coming at all

No cover. Total display of force. Illegal, forcible felony, display of force.

Doesn't change the fact that it would still have been the smarter course of action than waving a firearm around a bunch of protesters. At least calling the police in private doesn't draw potential criminal attention to your home.

It used to be when seconds count the police are minutes away. Now its, screw it, they're not coming at all

Still, brandishing a firearm as a warning to people not to enter your property is stupid.

Irrelevant. The protestors mere presence was trespassing.

iLOL Her efforts, combined with her husband's, were clearly successful in keeping the trespassers away.
