Really, and how are guns in any way relevant to a country's political system ?


Though it must be said that an absence of guns is a characteristic of a Western democracy and not some "s******e" country (as Trump puts it) like Brazil or El Salvador.

How do you figure? If they (rights) are as strong now as they were then, why not interpret the second amendment as referring only to guns available in 1787 ?

Well they talk of "assault type weapons" and really they mean guns that look like modern assault rifles.

No, they produced a vague document that a wide spectrum of people could agree with and that was really only meant to be temporary.

Gotcha my mistaken assumption. Nice revolver. It take moon clips? I have the 8 shot smith in 357mag. Custom shop gun. Shot an action pistol match with it and finished middle of the pack despite the slower reloads and less capacity. I was tickled pink. Everyone thought I was nuts for shooting it in the match lol.
