Mass Shootings

:lamo

You know that's a Blog right ?

Are you treating Blogs as unimpeachable sources now ?

Maybe you should quote the NRA web page next for your "facts" ?

I see no serious rebuttals to the website, it is not a site it clearly cites very credible sources and official government statistics

You have lost congrats

Isn't it ironic that the left only goes on a gun control crusade only when a mass shooting happens...
Any political movement that relies on fear to get its way should be opposed.

Makes sense, even though you are more likely to get molested in school than shot

That includes penalties for breaking speed limits then ?

No, that is putting someones life in danger when you speed, that is law breaking, the left wants to take your guns because of stupid reasons.

You mean BLOG

If you say so

Go ahead and post your evidence

Gun Facts | Guns and Their Use in Crime

No, that is putting someones life in danger when you speed, that is law breaking, the left wants to take your guns because of stupid reasons.

The analogy the banners make is weak. Speed limits are the same as prohibiting the USE of firearms in a dangerous or reckless manner. Gun banners-would want to ban any car that can exceed ANY speed limit for the analogy to hold

I believe my exact words were "hop, skip and a jump" meaning on the way to...

It's a British expression

Sorry you didn't understand

Patriotism is a BAD thing.

Patriotism is a BAD thing.

So you are patriotic

Now you are advocating for death camps

How does your mind get patriotism from that ?

How in your wildest delusions, you your perceive an avocation of "death camps" ?

You are the one who siad that- you are the one who compared it

the assault weapon ban of 1994-2004 had no effect

Yes, the Brady bill for a republican presidential aid that was wounded while a guy tried to kill Reagan...Yeah, that assault weapon ban bill that a republican(several actually) named Reagan supported..

Isn't it ironic that the left only goes on a gun control crusade only when a mass shooting happens, but in their own cities, gun violence hits extreme levels. But his hysteria is irrational for a couple of reasons

1.Mass shooting deaths has remained remarkably consistent except for one outlier-2012, this means that the assault weapon ban of 1994-2004 had no effect, as well as democrat hysteria about mass shooting deaths increasing is incorrect.(yes the 2017 Las Vegas shooting is not included, that guy had 50 guns to bring in to a hotel, that is just bad security, TERRIBLE security in fact)

2.Also, among developed countries, America does not rank #1, but 4th, can we just get that out of the way-https://www.cengage.com/search/productOverview.do?Ntt=crime+NOT+murder%7C20793767 34180961617312322421951467701648&N=197&Nr=197&Ntk=adv%7CP_EPI&Ntx=mode+matchboolean

3.Mass shootings is tied to mental health more than guns-https://www.motherjones.com/politics/2012/11/jared-loughner-mass-shootings-mental-illness/

61% of mass shooters had a mental health issue, 62% of shooters showed signs of mental instability in the days, weeks, and months before the massacres. AND 90% of the attackers struggled with suicide, depression, and a mental illness. So why are we talking about banning guns? We should be focusing on mental health as it is a CLEAR variable-https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1177/0002764209332546

4.What Percentage Of Mass Shootings Happen In ‘Gun Free Zones’? The Number Is Stunning. | The Daily Wire

98% of all mass-shootings happen in gun-free zones. IF America became a gun free-zone then imagine the crime waves. Mass shooters look for areas where guns are not allowed. They know that if they enter a non gun-free zone then they would be neutralised

5.Civilians stop mass shootings in non gun-free zones

Places where guns are allowed stop mass shootings from happening

Examples:Chicago, July 7, 2014: Denzel A. Mickiel cornered by fellow party-goer.
Rockledge, Florida, November 24, 2017: Robert Bailey stopped by armed co-workers.
Antioch, Tennessee, September 24, 2017: Emanuel Kidega Samson stopped by church usher.
Arlington, Texas, May 3, 2017: James Jones shot by bar patron.
Lyman, South Carolina, June 30, 2016: Jody Ray Thompson stopped after shooting three victims.

If voter ID laws disenfranchise minority voters, don't similar rules prevent minorities from owning guns? Congressman uses CPRC research - Crime Prevention Research CenterCrime Prevention Research Center you want to know all of these cases of protective gun use, this website provides excellent resources.

Conclusion

dont believe the gun grabbers and the MSM

Something else to keep in mind any claim that America has the highest incidence of mass shootings is based solely on the study by Adam lankford.

And the study is dubious, so is professor lankford
