No evidence was ever produced in favor of the ban. Hughes was mad that the bill would prevent NJ from arresting people traveling through his state with firearms properly secured in their cars

That doesn't 'prove' those positive claims that you made. You're posting 'opinions', not 'statements of fact'. Your claims insinuate democrats other than Hughes are doing things you can't prove to be factual claims. Plus , you're still falling back on failed mind reading attempts and applying those failed mind reading attempts to millions of people. That bird doesn't fly.

There are a lot of good videos and such in the subject, but the NRA was taken oVer in a hostile take over by the militia faction..


when it started it was mainly target shooters who ran contests everywhere(if memory serves), but it grew very fast and ended up bringing in other “gun groups” besides target shooters.

Well originally they stayed out of politics but had the militia faction who wanted to become a conservative political organization stage a hostile take over...

The old leadership was ousted and the new political organization NRA was born..

"Taking on the NRA" is the new mantra of big city Demokrat progressives who are incapable and unwilling to do much in the fight against violent crime because they might end up in a day job by doing so. It doesnt matter of their denizens are killing and shooting each other likes theres a bounty attached, while the narco-gangster market thrives, as long as they "take on the NRA" because the fake news will back them and the suckers will buy it.

LOL we just had one of our ghetto Einstein gangsters shoot another in the head killing him over selling weed on his turf, with a gun he didn't legally buy or couldn't legally have in his possession, and then he went on Facebook to sell the gun actually warning potential buyers "the gun had bodies on it". While I applaud his business ethics this is what we've come to with these progressive nitwits empowering gangster Nation.

Actually you have a Constitutional right to form a militia. Stick around with this virus thing and you just might be needing to. I myself dont belong to one but after all those decades in Law Enforcement I can understand why someone would. Even in the best of times Police agency's are pretty inept at protecting citizens tho not thru any fault of the officers.

Anybody that thinks Govt. can protect them ,well, I hope they never have to find out the truth the hard way because despite the best efforts of LE they simply cant. LE agencys are rife with with politics and corruption the worst being in these Demokrat urban area's like Bodymore, Chicago, Philly, LA, NYNY, Seattle and the list go's on. Philly cops wouldn't even let a local prosecutor in a Hospital room to feign concern over a dead cop while having a despicable anti-police agenda.

Look at Bodymore and the Freddie Gray case. Some junkies beats his own brains in against a squadrole interior and the gangs organize a "woke" riot thru the Obama free cell phone network and they look hundreds of thousands of doses of opiate drugs from almost 50 pharmacies, among many other business's, while this imbecile they elected mayor bragged about giving them "plenty of space to destroy" while the other idiot, the prosecutor, bragged about her Police family history while she was rail roading the cops thru the process. And even tho they were found innocent that entire Dept. was destroyed and left shambling around with political clowns leading them. Not much incentive to do Police work.

BTW her "Police Family" from Boston PD? All three were either fired or prosecuted for drug use, drug sales, or thievery/stupidity. A-typical for these Demokrat urban crap holes.

The tether of lawfulness has never been thinner. Despite rosy predictions once these Police Dept.'s and medics start going down from this disease you'll be on your own.

The cops, in a pattern discovered throughout the department, failed to follow procedure. They put themselves in that position. While it's fun for some to blame black people, others feel that personal responsibility is important.

Around here, hunting is pretty common, and we're a purple state. So, I have to imagine that at least a few Democrats are NRA members.

OT: I also heard that there are two major groups in the NRA. The hunters and the preppers. Apparently, the preppers refer to the hunters as "Fudds" (as in Elmer Fudd), and regard them with contempt.

Well at least the gangs had a good reason for burning down the city and looting drugs from all those pharmacies. I bet they couldn't sleep over the death of a junkie that had recently been a customer, I'm sure after all the Looting they had a moment of silence for Freddie gray out of pure exhaustion. You dont charge cops with murder for procedural violations. You suspend them, maybe, or fire them like Moseby's "Police Family" were all fired in Boston.

Or half the country bashing gun owners.

But, on the bright side, Democrats are buying more guns these days to protect themselves from the crime infested utopias that they created.
