So if a family member take your gun and misuses it, you should bear no responsibility at all ?

What gives you (or government) the right (or power) to dictate how someone uses, maintains or stores arms within their own home?

I mean show me the document which grants the right or power to govenment to revoke rights to the individual.

The only document I have available is the Bill of Rights which protects me (and others) from the government granting itself powers to dictate.

So please show me the Supreme Court decision that made hearsay the threshold for probable cause?

The government do have the duty to protect us, if not individual officers of the law.

This is why any reasonable government would do all it could to ban guns.

    I am not the government.

If you don't know where government gets it's authority from then you aren't smart enough to participate in this conversation. Have a good day.

It's a legislative thing, not a judicial thing. I require a $2,000 retainer from you before digging through SCOTUS rulings for your irrelevant question.

You are not a 2nd amendment advocate. You believe the 2nd amendment to be a state granted privilege. I do not.
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear"

    Cicero Marcus Tullius
