The common denominator in violence is violent people. The gun is just the tool chosen. If there weren’t any guns there would still be violence, just more bombings, fires, vehicular homicide, beatings, etc.

Wrong, the common denominator in gun violence is violent criminals. We know this is fact because inanimate objects such as can't move about in society and shoot people. A gun will stay where it is placed until it is picked up by a human and used to shoot someone. If you have different laws of physics as to how a gun gets around all by itself I'd love to hear them.

Wrong, violent criminals are the common denominator in violent crime. Not all violent crime involves guns.

The common element in all GUN crime is the GUNS.

If I were you, I'd deflect from the central premise of the OP too. Because it's not about the guns, it's about the people and mass shooting conveniently ignore by the leftwing press.

A crime takes human involvement, not the spontaneous action of an inanimate object. A bag of uncut heroin is perfectly safe without human intervention.

I am sticking to gun crime. You are refusing to answer straight up questions. No gun has ever committed a crime in all of human history. Neither has a toothbrush nor a pair of sneakers. Please cite one situation where a gun committed a violent crime such as shooting someone all by itself. I'll make it even easier, just cite one situation where a gun assaulted someone.

I believe I answered your ridiculous question by saying it was the same number of bags of uncut heroin that caused OD's all on their own.
