They have to pretend that people that look like they could live in their own neighborhoods don't really get gun down. They have to pretend that it's always in inner cities/across the tracks.

straw man argument. those who own guns for self defense have OBVIOUSLY figured that people who look like them, are the victims of violent crime. Must suck to have to lie about what your real motivations are concerning your attack on gun rights

I've posted what has to happen for these women to protect themselves. Holster firearm while in panties. Fire arm while showering. Protection while applying makeup. Eyes in the back of their heads and never sleep.

I'll keep posting about the dead women who are gunned down by their husbands and boyfriends and exes so maybe one day you'll figure out what's happening. I honestly don't think you will ever talk much about it though. It's as if it's threatening to your own personal agenda.

You think that posting pictures of dead people -people who don't ever connect to a story to let others know what the background was for their deaths- is a proper tactic in order to try to smear gun owners. Your posts are too cowardly to even admit what your agenda is. And you clutter up threads with such irrelevance. Since you are AFRAID to post a solution, you are whining as President Roosevelt noted. It had been on the news almost every night, what they can do to lessen downtown violence, right up until the corona virus crisis hit.

Committee meetings, city town halls, and happily, focusing on more than just gun control. Bringing the failures of the justice system right into the bright lights.

Why dont you articulate your 'issue' with Seattle's response?

1 dead, 1 in custody in domestic homicide in Maple Grove

Maple Grove Police officers responded to a report of an unconscious person in the 6200 block of Magda Drive at 6:01 p.m. Thursday. When officers arrived on the scene, they learned a domestic disturbance had occurred.

One adult was found dead, and another adult was taken into custody.

Police said it was an isolated incident and there is no threat to the community. Neither the suspect nor the victim has been identified.
