reason # 16 to own an AR 15

I care not I just like the stuff blowed up real good. I was a missile systems tech in the army for the TOW missile and I always got to fix them but never got to shoot any....Fortunes of war I suppose...

I was a grunt and thus care how much 'splatter' goes how far.... ;)

Yeah 'in the rear with the gear' but your MOS came much closer to a 9 to 5 job than the TOW gunner's... so there is that... :peace

Called it!

Most people know I'm the one that corrected you about Craig's list. Should I repost the quote for you or do you remember?

Then why assert in post # 192 that you can buy a gun off Craig's List ?

You cannot - go look it up if you don't believe me.

ROFLMAO. Suuuuure, let's balance your reputation for veracity against mine.

Post #192:
What evidence do you have that the .40" is superior to the 9mm ?

Not everyone would agree with that:
YouTube

9mm versus .40 Smith & Wesson: Which caliber is better for self-defense?
Is that another Youtube video about buying guns on Craig's List?

Post #192:

And the answer would be no, because you cannot buy a gun off Craig's List.

You would know this if you knew anything about guns.

No go away and do some RESEARCH.

You obviously know little about guns.

You know even less about reading comprehension.

Are some SA guns more expensive that Glocks? Sure. Can you buy a striker fired gun cheaper that a Glock - probably so.

Neither of which changes the fact that Glocks and SIG's are expensive - and to me they are.

Now go away and practice your English and while you're at it, you might want to learn something about guns if you're going to post on a gun control section.
You got caught talking out your butt. And worse rather then admit it you are just going to continue playing dishonest games.
Honestly though I am not surprised. It's exactly what I would expect from you. As we have all seem you do that multiple times.

You got caught talking out your butt....

I go caught talking to you...

...rather then admit it you are just going to continue playing dishonest games.

Rather than admit a reading failure on your part, instead of admitting you were wrong, you continue to dig

In short, when pressed you revert to type.

A leopard can't change its spots.

A leopard can't change its spots.

You were caught doing what you tend to do. Projecting your failure on others.

Dishonest.

lol...I too always get a kick out of people using that word instead of the correct one. ;)

I do, but your earlier post # 192 suggested that you do not.

Are you clear about this now?

No more lies, just tell the truth.

Let's take a vote on what all the actual pro-gun people think versus the gun-grabbers who seek to shred the Constitution and strip Americans of their unalienable rights.

Where does it state that gun ownership is an unalienable right ?

Why would banning most types of gun from private ownership be a "stripping" of unalienable rights ?

Do you actually know what the so called "unalienable" rights are and where they're written down ?

And this, Ladies and Gentlemen, is a terrific summation of the Left Wing Ideology: Prove you have rights.

So I take it that you FAILED

That gun ownership is not and has never been included in the unalienable rights...as listed in the 1776 Declaration of Independence

Feel free to make more bogus claims and fail again.

Thanks for exemplifying my point.

As I said, you failed again...
Feel free to "exemplify" your failure all you want

Let's take a vote on what all the actual pro-gun people think versus the gun-grabbers who seek to shred the Constitution and strip Americans of their unalienable rights.

This is a good example of why moderate folks see those who spout off about shredding and stripping (outside a 'Gentleman's Club') as rabid and not able to hold a realistic discussion about firearm safety and regulations.

Like the Boogey Man, 'gun' grabbers are under every bed and around every street corner...

If a rational person would be honest for just a minute they would see the extremists on both sides and IGNORE them...

As much as one group of extremists fears it and the other extremists threaten it, the Constitution isn't about to be shredded and no one is getting stripped... :2wave:

If there is a worry about the average citizen's rights I'd say we are approaching a point where the upper .5% will be in charge as the federal treasury will be drained to the point it can no longer fund even basic services.

Each round of tax cuts is another shackle for the lower 90%....

But be distracted by the 'gun' grabber threat, it is easier (and by far less of a threat) to rail about... :peace

Sure. But why do you need an AR 15 for that?

The most anyone needs for home defense is a small handgun. This is clearly not about that. The standard seems to be what you need to bring down the US government.
That’s right!
My little gun is a 14 shot .45 auto.
The 12 gauge pump and the .223 with 20 rounds mags are backups.
17 y/o son has a .223 and a couple of .45 autos in his room.
Daughter has a little 9mm Ruger in her room.
Small is good!
Small indeed!

only people who are anti gun or don't have proper training with guns would shoot through a wall without ascertaining the nature or source of a threat.

Because such a shot might strike a family member

Don't tell Dutch Uncle, he thinks that kind of warning is one the gun control lobby might use.
