Why should every state have to be West Virginia? I thought you guys were into states rights and stuff.

Obviously not every state can be West Virginia since there is only one West Virginia but the question is should other states be at least as gun friendly as West Virginia? Should other states have gun laws that are as lenient or more lenient than those in West Virginia?

The gun grabbers won’t face the fact that we have a people problem, not a gun problem.

Then perhaps they can go to states such as New York and stay out of states such as Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

As long as states regulate gun crazees, who cares?

Looks like West Virginia has not progressed at all.

Along with Alabama, it is the **** hole of America.

Their gun laws are non existent. We need national gun laws because having 50 different laws is insane.

Yes, that's one of the reasons we're moving to WV.

And a new constitution to allow Congress to pass laws in any area it sees fit would be good too.

One of your reasons for packing up all of your belongings and moving to another state is because that state has more lenient gun laws? That’s some strong gun love.

Stuff like W Virginia believes in the Constitution ... to wit: the Second Amendment.

If you accept Abortion as one law, though not created by the Legislature, you believe too in the 2nd amendment that applies to all states.

The anti gun kooks appear to me to hate the constitution. It says in the 2nd, the rights of the people shall not be infringed. Anti gun nuts brush that aside.

indeed, we are in desperate need of new constitution.

the 2nd speaks to the need for a militia.... that ship has long since sailed

the second has been bastardized long enough by the court, it's time to scarp the Constitution and start over.

gun nuts need to be brought to heel, they have caused too much carnage already.

Gun love? No a huge number of Americans believe in the 2nd Amendment.
Yep, many of us do, but it takes a special love of 2A to actually move to another state, at least partly, because of it.

Abortion lovers can also move if the state rejects the supreme court rules.
