Pizza delivery driver fights back, shoots 3 of 4 would-be robbers, police say

Canadian bacon.

I like Canadian bacon best...you can cut off the fat with a pair of scissors before cooking.

I dislike the kind of bacon the like of Waffle Houses serves up - full of fat and so stiff you can snap them in half.

Or the British and French armies in 1918.

TD still thinks the USA won WWI and WWII by itself?

Not by itself, but those two A-bombs sure seemed to seal the deal.

Pizza delivery guys do not go around armed in the European Union. Correct.
In the E.U. do pizza delivery guys get robbed at gunpoint? In the U.S. they do. They get murdered too. Because CRIMINALS.....

When was that?

I know ca bit about WWII and yes Britain lost a few battles but was never invaded or had it's capital occupied like the USA has.

Irrelevant.

And you are clueless as to WWII if you don't know of lend-lease or the transatlantic shipping that help keep GB from starving.

My long dead, great Uncle, was a merchant marine captain-awarded some sort of knighthood by the Dutch-was running supplies to the Brits and then the Dutch and Danes and Russians. In the early years of the war, Nazi U Boats made being a merchant mariner a very hazardous occupation. Later on, the us anti submarine measures and air superiority helped alleviate the losses. 30 billion was sent to England in terms of supplies
