DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – For the second time this week, a delivery driver was attacked in northeast Dallas. This time, however, the delivery driver fired at the suspects, killing one and critically injuring another.
According to police, two 15-year-old suspects allegedly tried to rob the Papa John’s pizza delivery driver at gunpoint, but the driver had a gun and shot at them to fend them off. Police said he was licensed to carry.

When someone points a firearm at me and fails to identify themselves as any kind of law enforcement, yes.....thats a pretty good policy actually.

Sounds legit to me. Whenever you pull a gun on someone, you're taking the chance that it is the last thing you'll ever do.

I meant the robber, actually. If pizza delivery guys shoot armed robbers the armed robbers will start shooting forst.

Funny how people are able to defend themselves when they can own guns for self-protection. Don't vote for anti-gun nuts it'll just mean only the criminals will have guns.

Of course shooting first is most effective in committing a crime. No witnesses and no trouble in the process. It makes it really ****ing easy.

That's not something to be discovered. Everyone knows that.

Coin toss. Who's judgement to trust, someone who robs pizza delivery guys for a living or someone who delivers pizza for a living.
What an odd country. Pizza. Guns. Couldn't happen anywhere else.

What if the delivery guy was a 17 year old girl? Do you support her right to be armed? I mean, she's way more vulnerable in a dangerous world than you, right?

How incredibly sad for all involved. The poor children who thought this was a good idea and died. The poor guy who shot them and has to live with it. Everyone's families.

Just horrible.
